My next door "neighbor" has been treating me like a second class citizen for the past 25 years!

I'm getting ready to deal with my "neighbor" in a court of law rather than in our yards....

Here's some of my evidential graphic data (Pictures) regarding one of three community property "common driveways" on the 200 block of Smyrna Avenue in Gwinhurst, Brandywine Hundred, New Castle County, Wilmington, Delaware.... Everyone else who is saddled with this type of deed based obligations is cooperating....

I will link photographs of the other common driveways on Smyrna Avenue later....

May 27, 2007 He's using pink paint now! and the propery line seems to be moving! The white paint on the fence was the first mark. and the pink paint is the second mark.

We're about to have a "battle" in a public forum (...New Castle County, Wilmington, Delaware Court...,) over a property line that seperates our properties, and a "10 foot wide common driveway" that passes between our houses form the street to our back yards.... I have had to ask for permission to use my driveway for the past 25 years when my neighbors were at home....
